What to expect

Students: fastest on Telegram — Emily is the product.
Pilot: replies may be slower while we refine accuracy and routing. If you get a self-correcting message, wait about 10 minutes and retry before emailing unless it's urgent — some fixes are automatic, others need a human.
Email: we aim to reply within a few business days during the pilot.
Crisis: Emily is not an emergency service. Students in crisis should use /emergency in Telegram or local crisis lines (988).
